I have taken Liqui-mins trace minerals for years, since I discovered the truth about the lack of trace minerals in our diets.
As time went on I became more aware of other elements to good supplements that I thought would be good to take….the super greens and enzymes in addition to just trace minerals. I bought the Electro-Vita-Mins because it contains a lot more than just trace minerals. Since I started taking it about 6 weeks ago, I have noticed a progressive improvement in with several health problems that I have. I’m assuming the Electro-Vita-Mins gets the credit because that is about the only thing I’ve changed in my diet.
I like the stuff enough to purchase another bottle and continue taking it. The only thing I would have liked to know is that it’s not one pill a day that is recommended…it’s six pills a day! That means for $40+ you get a 50 day supply. For me, that’s pretty expensive for a supplement but I think I’m getting something out of it so I’ll continue.
